Tax Roundtable: Financing the Cloud
The NABL Tax Law Committee (TLC) will host a member-exclusive virtual roundtable to discuss and share thoughts relating to tax structuring considerations for the tax-exempt financing of software, with a particular focus on software that is hosted in the cloud. Matthias Edrich of Kutak Rock LLP will moderate the discussion, which is scheduled for up to one hour. Register today— attendance is limited to the first 40 members to register.
