This role will assist attorney(s) with various legal matters, including providing clerical and research support services including document preparation and review, capturing meeting minutes, and fact checking information for attorney follow through and execution.
Endow Law P.A. is a boutique law firm providing trusted advice on finance transactions and general corporate matters. Launched in October 2023 by veteran attorney, Camille M. Evans, Esq., the Firm serves financial institutions, governmental entities, and not-for-profit and for-profit corporate entities. The headquarter office is in Orlando, FL, with additional offices in Atlanta, GA and Philadelphia, PA.

Paralegal (Full-Time; Remote/Hybrid) RANGE: $60K – $75K
Primary Responsibilities
- Meets with attorneys and other Firm professionals to discuss assigned matters and ongoing project progress.
- Gathers and analyzes research data, such as statutes, regulations, decisions, legal articles, and other legal documents using various resources; provides written analysis to attorneys.
- Drafts and prepares correspondence and other written documents as required including reports, filings, contracts, opinions, position papers, letters, etc. under the general supervision of the attorneys.
- Interacts with clients and prepares summaries of needs, inquiries and detailed requirements.
- Prepares, organizes, stores, and retrieves legal files.
- Assists attorneys with client meeting preparation.
- Assists attorneys with client intake and prospective client communications and conflicts review.
- Assists attorneys with the preparation of invoices.
- Develops and maintains records regarding billable hours on specific assigned matters for attorney’s review
- Updates project management systems with status and activities through completion of tasks.
- Attend meetings, notate deliverables and capture associated deadlines in consultation with attorneys.
- Attend firm and industry events as needed.
- Perform other related client services and administrative duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in legal services, paralegal studies or related field and 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant required, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Paralegal certificate preferred.
- Excellent word processing capabilities.
- Familiarity with legal administrative procedures and practices. Including an understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, processes, and other related matters.
- Excellent interpersonal and client experience interface skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment with access to sensitive information.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficient verbal and written (i.e. editing and proofreading) communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Highly motivated self-starter.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Willing and able to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in using Firm software and communication tools, such as email, the internet, Microsoft Office products (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), Clio and other relevant applications.
